Grace Audio Series 4 – The Solar Plexus Chakra Graces : Appx 30 Minutes
The Solar Plexus Chakra Graces of Understanding and Discernment are extensions of the Sacred Truth, “Honor thyself.” Understanding is the primary or dominant grace. Discernment is the companion grace to Understanding. These graces assist in healing the relationship of the self with the ‘Self.’
Each recording starts and ends with prayer for its subject grace. The first is simple and written before recording. The second goes deeper, is broader in scope and spontaneous when recorded.
In between Mark shares insight as a guide, indicating connections of these graces to the Sabbat of Ostara, the Deadly Sin of Entitlement, self esteem, intuition and our relationship with our own inherent Divinity.
11. The Solar Plexus Grace of Understanding
Beyond the intellect, the Grace of Understanding is a deeper experience. To understand something or someone beyond words is truly a grace. To understand our own value and Divinity is to understand we are grace. It is what we crave from others and with practice, what we give ourselves.
12. The Solar Plexus Grace of Discernment
Human discernment is developed over time. The Grace of Discernment opens a gut level intuitive clarity. But is it guidance or judgment, an intuitive hit or a hidden wound? With this grace we begin to viscerally sense truth beyond words, even when we fear the consequences of the very truths we hide from.
